At Rising Stars Academy, our leadership team is here to serve families with faith, compassion, and genuine care. We believe every child is uniquely created by God, and we work closely with parents to nurture academic growth, confidence, character, and a true sense of belonging.
Leadership Team
Our staff is made up of caring educators and administrators who love supporting children and partnering with families. Together, we work to create a school environment where students feel known, encouraged, and guided in both learning and Godly character.
Roni Stockdale
Owner • Brings a heart for students and families, with a background in psychology, studies at Liberty University, CPR/First Aid certification, and 21 years of faithful leadership in RSA operations.
Patty Gagliano
Director of RSA • Supports the school community with warmth, organization, and years of experience, including an Associates in Marketing, multiple professional certifications, and 17 years of teaching and serving at RSA.
Mary Malito
Assistant Director of RSA • Brings thoughtful support and a caring presence to students, staff, and families, with experience in quality control, tutoring, counseling support, and hands-on service at RSA.
Lydia Bora
Administrative Assistant and Teacher’s Assistant • Helps keep daily school life running smoothly while offering one-on-one support to students and practical care to both teachers and families.
Cindy Whitmore
Elementary Teacher • A steady, encouraging presence in the classroom with 30 years of experience and 15 years serving students at RSA, helping children grow with confidence and care.
Errin Harpman-Kencke
Middle/High School Teacher • Brings a nurturing spirit and broad educational experience to older students, helping them feel supported, challenged, and encouraged in their learning journey.
Terri Linder
Elementary Teacher • Combines deep experience, a faith-centered perspective, and a love for children to help students learn in a caring and Christ-centered environment.
Xenia Martinez
Middle/High School Teacher • Brings a unique background, practical wisdom, and a caring approach that helps students feel seen, respected, and encouraged as they grow academically and personally.
